From breeders (registered users)

• Kennel name, kennel number, and breeds bred

• Payment information in connection with an annual membership (handled through a payment service provider, we do not store card details ourselves)

Automatically collected data

• IP address and browser information for the technical operation of the service
• Cookies (see section 6)

3. Why we process your data

• Creating and Managing User Accounts
• Breeder's annual membership billing
• Publishing and displaying announcements on the site
• Relaying contact between buyer and breeder
• Service technical maintenance and information security
• Fulfilling statutory obligations

The legal basis for processing is the performance of a contract (membership, notification service) and legitimate interest (service development and information security).

4. Data Transfer

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be disclosed to the following parties to enable the provision of the service:

• Payment service provider (Stripe) for processing payments
• Email service provider for sending messages
• Web hosting provider in terms of technical maintenance

All our partners have been carefully selected and are committed to complying with data protection legislation.

We retain your personal data for as long as your user account is active. After account deletion, data will be deleted within a reasonable time, unless legislation (e.g., accounting law) requires longer retention.
