1. Service description

Global Kennel is an online platform that connects dog breeders with buyers looking for dogs, both in Finland and internationally. The service enables the posting of listings, the searching for breeders, and communication between the parties.

2. Right of Use

The service may only be used by persons aged 18 or older. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is truthful.

3. Breeder annual membership

• Publishing advertisements requires a valid, paid annual membership.
• The membership automatically renews every 12 months unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• The membership fee is non-refundable, even if the membership is cancelled during the term.
• We reserve the right to change pricing; changes will be announced in advance.

4. User responsibility

You agree to:

• To provide truthful information when registering and publishing notices
• To refrain from using the service for illegal or unethical activities
• To comply with Global Kennel's rules and guidelines
• To refrain from publishing misleading, offensive, or unlawful content

Global Kennel reserves the right to remove content and close user accounts that violate these terms.

5. Ownership of Content

By publishing content (listings, images, text) on the service, you grant Global Kennel the right to display that content as part of the service. You retain ownership of your content.

6. Limitation of Liability

Global Kennel acts as an intermediary platform between breeders and buyers. We are not a party to the transaction process and are not responsible for:

• Regarding the completion or failure of the deal
• Regarding the accuracy of the content of the notices (responsibility lies with the publisher of the notice)
• Regarding the dog's health or quality
• Disputes between the parties

The service is provided "as is," without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

Global Kennel’s name, logo, and website design are protected by copyright and trademark rights. Their use without permission is prohibited.

8. Amendment of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms of use. Changes will be announced on the website and to registered users via email at least 14 days before they take effect.

9. Applicable law

These terms of use are governed by Finnish law. Any disputes shall primarily be resolved through negotiation.
